Ashley Sanchez, B.S., LMT Licensed Massage Therapist and Founder of Inner World Bodywork LLC holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida and brings extensive experience working alongside Physical Therapists and Chiropractors. Her passion for supporting others on their healing journey led her to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.
She is certified in a variety of therapeutic and energetic techniques, including Active Release Technique of the Spine, Pranic Healing, Reiki, and the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release method. Ashley is dedicated to continual growth and education, creating a nurturing environment that supports healing of the body, mind, and soul. She is honored to guide clients back to their natural state of balance and well-being.
